I ALWAYS learn something when I listen to Medved; the guy's a genius. Once in awhile, I enjoy Michael Savage (Weiner)...when he's in a reasonably mellow mood. I can't take him on the yelling/ranting/raving days. I don't know if he's bi-polar, drinks, or just very moody.
Medved has a good message, but his voice is like nails on a chalk board...when he talks about movies I turn the radio off. Savage is on cue, until he starts screaming and getting radical. Listening to Hedgecock now, subbing for Rush, I like him.
in your opinion. I'll take Rush any day of the week. The man is brilliant and right on.

I would have to agree. Savage is actually much better than he used to be. While most of the Conserv. hosts - like Hannity, Limbaugh, Galligher, and Laura Eng.- are apologists for the Bush admin., Savage isn't afraid to speak the truth. He just needs to calm down.
Savage is a savage with little credibility. Too much screaming.
Actually the most important person on that list to listen to, for most american's bar none is:
Dave Ramsey (Non-political)
Dr. Dean Edell and Dr. Joy Browne are pretty good non-ideologs.

Medved is great, but Savage is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too angry for me. He may have some good points, but his hateful delivery is the wrong way to get the message out.
