True, I don't see any "conservative"(and I use that word loosely) third party candidate running in '08 except maybe for McCain. He'll be older than Ronaldus Magnus was in 1980, but his ego might get the better of him, and he loves the spotlight. But I don't think it'll happen because I believe he's already said this is his last term in the Senate.

However, the GOP shouldn't underestimate The Wicked Witch of the West Wing. The MSM nearly installed two very bad candidates, Algore and then the Ketchup Boy, in the Oval Office. Their influence is declining, but you can bet they'll go all out for Hitlery. Given that, and the fact that the radical left knows she's only moving to the center for show, she could fool enough moderates into voting her in.

Bottom line, the GOP better have a good candidate ready in 2008.
