I believe that most people right now in Europe, and a lot here, would say George W. Bush!!!

I know, but everyone else I thought of didn't fit the description either, so I just thought of the one person that name as garnered the most angst worldwide---lol

I even thought of Bin Ladin--but I think Bush has a lot more people that hate him..
