If you read her discharge summary from the hospital, which I linked above, you will see that she had the feeding tube inserted AT the hospital. Not after. And was never fed by mouth after that. She failed three years, consecutive years, of swallow tests. At which time it was recommended they be discontinued.

Because that doesn't look like what you talk about. That just states that the court didn't say it didn't happen, only that it was so long ago that it had no pertinence to the current case.

What I was seeking was evidence that she was never fed by mouth from 1990 to 2005. What year was the first swallow test? I would figure that there was a feeding tube from sometime before the first swallow test.
