I have already looked into it for the past three weeks and made my decision. Based on the Constitution, and not conspiracy theories from Pinellas County. Oh wait, here's part of the deposition from 1993 right here...
Q. So when you made the decision on your own not to teat or instructed the doctor not to treat Terri’s infection – her bladder infection, no physician had made the statements that Dr. Harrison had to you at that time, did they? (Objections by Mr. Nilsson)

Q. Prior to your making – you know, the decision we’re talking about, the decision that you made to treat your wife’s bladder infection – had any physician ever suggested to you that if she has an infection in the future that you don’t treat it or that you allow her to die?

SCHIAVO: Well, I went and talked to Dr. Mulroy about it.

Q. And what was Dr. Mulroy’s advice to you, if any?

SCHIAVO: Not to treat the infection.

Now what did you say again?

I know Mike tried to let her die of an UTI in 1993 against doctors orders

Well apparently not...

All of them can be found HERE. And do you know in every instance that I can see he relied on the doctor's decision?

BTW, here's a bit from his statements in 2000

Q. Are you aware of any treatment anywhere that can help Terri?

SCHIAVO: There is no treatment anywhere that can help Terri. No.

Q. If there were, what would you do?

SCHIAVO: I would be there in a heartbeat.

But let's throw him under the bus on some more baseless allegations shall we?

I know you are a states rights person. The problem with your argument is that the state had a law forbidding him or his doctor not to treat her for that infection. He admitted it under oath. I will quote it tomorrow unless you would care to do so now.

I posted a couple of comments yesterday and read through again today. I do not want to get into this again but I have this one comment and then I'll just let people jump on it I guess.

Q. Are you aware of any treatment anywhere that can help Terri? SCHIAVO: There is no treatment anywhere that can help Terri. No. Q. If there were, what would you do? SCHIAVO: I would be there in a heartbeat

That last statement by Schiavo "I would be there in a heartbeat" leaves me to wonder. This was in 2000, after he was living with Jodi. If he were telling the truth, I wonder what MS would have done if Terri actually was treated and somehow she came out of it and was able to function in the real world, with MS? Do you think he would have dumped Jodi and their 2 kids and gone back to Terri? I doubt it, therefore, he must have been lying because it would have changed his plans.

I just can't see him, in 2000, changing his life. And that's what would have had to happen.
