Why is there such a fuss when the "facts" were so clear as you state?
The whole country including the Senate are just a bunch of fools to worry themselves over a such a useless person eh??
Maybe you haven't noticed but the Senate has moved so far away from this and DeLay's untoward comments about judges that I personally have never seen a bunch of older white guys move so quickly.
