"It was also the Wolfson report, wasn't it? that mentioned that MS offered to give up any future benefit from money left in Terri's court controlled account from the malpractice suit. An offer the Schindlers never took up because it wouldn't give them the conspiracy theory that he was just wanting her dead for money."

Prior to the revision of GAL Wolfson's report, was the prior GAL Pearces' report, chronologically closer to the actual events of Michael Schiavo's change-of-heart.

I'll stick with what Pearce said while he (Pearce) was 'testifying under oath'. And that was that Michael was not believable - all this from 1997, right around the time that Michael 'remembered' Terri's 'wishes', the 'wishes' that the Greer Reaper leaned upon so heavily in order to justify starving, and dehydrating her to death.

Pearce is the man for me.

Pearce who also thought she was PVS (as did all her GALs and her parents and doctors)? Nothing wrong with liking him. He just wasn't as far away from the other GAL reports as you think.
