I know someone who rarely laughs outloud and rarely jokes about anything (and usually doesn't get the punchline). He says, "The world offers little to smile about." I always come back with the reply, "If that were true, God would not have created such a colorful world. Look, listen, smell, taste, and touch what He has provided."
