Well said. I once was told that I was going to hell because I was given a copy of an NIV bible and it wasn't the King James version. I explained that my grandmother had given it to me many years ago but it made no difference. Scary stuff.

You just have to wonder what Jesus would think about that...Especially when you consider that the King James Version was written by Sir Francis Bacon in 1611. It was written to please King James, not Jesus.
