Hopefully next time she calls it'll be an emergency. If she can't handle her daughter then she needs to turn her over to the state.

Maybe this child is as big as she is and she knew she couldn't handle her. Doesn't mean she is a bad parent. I think that is way judgmental. Who knows what kind of treatment this girl has received or what she has been through. Give the woman a break.

YOU NAILED IT! How did the behavior of these girls get to this point? The mother obviously abrogated her parental responsibilities in the past and her call to 911 was just more of the same.
