Our cat was born outside and could very well be the offspring of feral parents. She has a collar and tags. I let her out a few times a day to get some fresh air and chase bugs. She tries to stalk birds but hasn't had any luck in the endeavor, the bell on her collar and her strange habit of meowing loudly at her intended prey before the attack probably have something to do with this. We found her when we lived in the country, but now that we've bought a house in the city, it's the little punks with skateboards and BB guns I have to watch out for. Our cat is our property and anyone who destroys or defaces my property will be dealt with. Harshly.
