How to decide.

Speaking of the nasty, it seems like Billy Bob Clintoon must have contracted something by now. But, he might have something that we don't know about.

I worked in an office one summer on the first floor of the jock dorm. It was unoccupied so they started at the top and began spraying. It wasn't bed bugs. It was fleas and not the kind that eat dogs and cats but human fleas. Fortunately, my office mate was much tastier to them so she bore the brunt be we had to shut down the office for the week. The carpet looked like it was alive. grosssssss.

"This ought to be as good for Royal Caribbean as the finger in the chili was for Wendy's."I haven't followed that story, but apparently the woman has a history of sueing, no one within the Wendy's chain of ops had lost a finger, and the accuser's mother recently died. I think the authorities wish to DNA the lady's mother.
Sorry for the OT. And let me know if I'm all wet on any of what I've posted. Thanks. ;-)

You'd think the cruse line would suck up to them. this is horrible PR made worse by the cruse lines refusal to pay the related expenses.

The Wasserstorms say this is the last cruise they will ever take. Between the stories of intestinal distress and massive bed bug attacks, I have already taken all the cruises I will never take. Sounds like cruise ships are floating incubators for parasites.

Between bed bugs and the horrible flus that people keep getting, these cruise ships are sounding less like floating four-star hotels and more like flop houses adrift.

Years ago in the 30's bedbugs at rented Cabins while traveling were a pretty common thing, lately I hadnt heard of any infestations of these mechanised dandruff. It might pay carnival to call the folks who stayed in that room previously as these things dont just appear. They had to come from somewhere.

I haven't followed that story,Sounds like you've followed it alot closer than I have! :-}

And let me know if I'm all wet on any of what I've posted. Thanks. ;-) They are following it with glee at KFI640 (Los Angeles). Looks like you are right and this was a bogus claim. It isn't proven yet that this is a fake, but if (I think WHEN) it is we all should go to Wendy's and buy a big order or Chili and a couple of burgers.
This is (probably) flat out unfair to Wendy's.

I saw a show about the dark side of cruise lines on television a few years ago. Because of the place of a ship's registry and some other jurisdictional loopholes, these company are apparently hard to sue.

Sounds like an open and shut lawsuit to me. What the heck is Royal Caribbean thinking?
I'm thinking the same thing. Royal Caribbean should be going out of their way to make this couple happy for the measly extra couple thousand it might cost compared to the thousands and thousands of lost revenue the embarassment and stigma a lawsuit could cause.
