How many times must it be pointed out that we're objecting to ILLEGAL immigrants? Keep trying to frame it as an anti-immigrant bias if you want, but we both know that's just an attempt to spin this issue and demonize the anti-ILLEGAL immigrant crowd. A legit guest worker program would be OK with me, far-right-winger that I am, but not the version proposed by GWB. He wants to create a job magnet that would draw people here, but have no enforceable way to get them to go home again when their time is up.
They excel in flacking for illegal aliens and are desperate to convince everyone that the Bush guestworker program really doesn't contain the sham amnesty which it so obviously does.
