This article is mixing apples and oranges in order to lead the reader to an opinion.

Fact is, who gives two rat's patooties about a "right", here. What about civility and politeness. The transgender is pushing a "meism" and the "world is all about ME and WHAT I WANT". In a civil world, a transgender would respect that he (or she) should use a restroom which will not offend, and regardless of what he or she wants.

If a homeless person decides they really "feel" like a council member of mayor of a city -- should they have access to the "special" restrooms of the city Chambers?

This is all about metaphysical "squatting" rights (pardon the pun). ;>

Cool, I like this logic.

I "feel" like I'm really Hugh Hefner. He better not discriminate against me coming over to hang out at the Mansion, for to do so would be illegal sex discrimination!
