Well, there are several ways. And you don't have to ask, just observe! Is she domestic? Does she cook? How does she act around her parents and is that behavior for your benefit, or does it seem natural. What types of movies and music does she like? (Lifetime is a slight danger flag!) Is she pro life or pro choice? (if she is pro choice, you will hear about it WITHOUT asking, believe me!
And observe how she acts toward other people while out. You will spot the signs if you are aware. Open the door for her, every chance you get, if she protests, it's a dead ringer, she is a feminists. Allow her the opportunity to make you dinner or coffee, see if she does offer on her won, and then does it. Stuff like that. Feminists do not fit the just like Mom mold.

Hey Gidget7, I'm also "copying the mail" (an old amateur or CB radio term, I'm an electronics geek) too on your advice on determining if a woman is a feminist or not. Just want to let you know, "the walls have ears." B-)

BTW, I like your test of "if he watches Lifetime," but lett me add "Oxygen" into the mix. If she watches "Oxygen" on cable, run like heck! "Oxygen" is a poor name, should be called "Carbon Monoxide" in my opinion. B-) That channel spews more crap out of its exhaust pipe than a 1965 East German Trabant. B-D

Another "test" I never fail to apply: Does she watch soaps?
