They will not recover what they lost, but they might just
do it anyway, and then offer to settle, if the perp appears
in national Wendy's ads confessing to the scam.
Somehow I think it is in the best interest for Wendy's to do what they have to do legally, but to not talk about it in news, every time I think of a finger in chili it repulses me even though I know it was false, it is so repulsive that chili is the last thing I would get from Wendy's. I did go to Wendy's today for lunch though
