Nothing at all funny about these pictures, but I couldn't help a half-stifled laugh at the way Kramer is being handled by his warders. They're not taking ANY chances with him! I wonder if they were thinking "Go ahead, try to escape, make our day!"
He wasn't going to go very far with that chain around his ankles.
