Time limited, then and since, + exhaustion, summed it up, and then came Monday night, getting only 2 hours total of restless sleep...
The trip to Wound Care yesterday included a new "toy" to employ - a plugged in marvel of a deliverer of ultrasound, intensely spraying saline solution to debride the new wounds, instead of a curette (knife)...
Was so wiped out, and needed to go to bed early, but struggled to read through the great rerun of my dear friend, Johnny Mac, and all the replies -- set it aside to make a reply, but got bogged down catching up on reading and then making a post on the prayer thread for TC...managed that and answering a reply there, and at 12:37 a.m., simply *had* to exit stage left...
I'm so sorry, jwfiv and Billie, that I never got back...
Some of the prayers for TC obviously spilled over on me, because I was in bed a few minutes later, giving prayers, and - (for the first time in how many years??) - slept solidly until waking at 10:37 a.m.!!!!
Oh, what a blessing it was; dream-filled as always, but serene...

You'll be glad to know I reverted to humanity rather quickly, waking ever so slowly and making a *bad* mistake...set up the drain bag for the last of the peritoneal dialysate fluid from the overnight cycler (5) fills, and reading FR, accidentally closed the wrong clamp on the lines...7 minutes later looked down to see the drain bag still empty - and at the other end, to my left, the open clamp that had allowed fluid to drain onto the rug under the computer chair!!
Quickly corrected, and the rug is thankfully a nylon one with rubber backing that now is washed and draped on the holly hedge in the back yard to dry..:))
