Prayers for TexasCowboy!

TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.

Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.

So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.

Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!

Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.

It's great to have you back among us, TC! Now that you're off the hard post-op drugs, rest up and prepare for the therapists who will soon descend on you and make your life a living hell, LOL!

And while you gather strength I thought I'd give you a brief update on politics: Republicans weak kneed, Democraps blustering. Same ol' same ol' stuff.

Dick Durbin made an absolute A$$ of himself, comparing our treatment of prisoners at Gitmo to all the world's most despotic leaders such as Hitler, Pol Pot, etc. Republicans yelling "Take it back, TAKE IT BACK!" But he refuses to do so. Any day I expect to see a Republican threaten to cut off his own eyelashes if Durbin doesn't do a remake. YAWN!

So that's about it. See, you're not missing much at all. I'm sure your hospital doesn't have FNC so I'm determined to update accurately because you're probably limited to evil CNN leftists on the tube.

Just a reminder..... You're way high on our list of prayer priorities up here in the woods. So if your ears are ringing it isn't a side effect of drugs. Just us out here praying you along. We love ya man!

Not sure if you are aware that while Nan and I are Sistahs, we recently learned our long lost little sister just happens to be Brad's Gramma!
She wandered off years ago, and txsleuth managed to track her down for us.

(By the way, the reason her name is Nancy, too, like Nan, is Mama found it easier to just yell out, "NANCY - STOP THAT!!" and the guilty one would mind - I, Maggie in the Middle, of course was a model child..:))
