You try to make it appear that Proverbs says wisdom and learning should ONLY come from the parents. That is, of course, a perversion of their meaning.

I never said that. I said that the "principle" teachers of children are the parents, not some government institution (or private institution for that matter).

Again, I would request that you support your positions through scripture (chapter and verse).

I have no problem with parents being the principle teachers of their children when those parents are good, Godly people as most at FR are. That has always been the case with my family.

Sorry I do not post many quotes or any links. If my own words and understandings are not sufficient that is unfortunate. Few things are less enlightening than quote duels wherein most do not even apply to the point under discussion.
