"I am not reviling anyone. I'm just trying to show what the Holy Scripture say about biblical doctrine."

Daisy,

Think about this, please: Are you competent to discuss these issues? Are you a full-time Biblical scholar? I'd be very careful not to put yourself in a position you can't defend.

As someone who has read the entire Bible half a dozen times cover to cover, and much of it many more times, I would not even begin to call myself a Biblical scholar. I can quote passages around the clock, but that does not make me a Biblical scholar, either.

I suspect that what you are doing here is regurgitating what someone else has told you, rather than passing on information based on your own scholarship.

My advice is that you worship your deity in your own way, or as you have been taught, and that you not advise others in how they should worship. You may not be competent to do that.

First, no one needs to be a Bible scholar to discuss the scripture. The Bible itself tells us, "Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful." And also, "...the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may obey it." It would be great if we were all discussing it all day long.

But...by your own standards, shouldn't you recuse yourself from this discussion? You're a "godless atheist" who has only read the Bible "half a dozen times."

The Bible teaches to write the Word of God upon your heart. Now, I am not a Bible scholar, but I do read my scriptures and try to keep them in my heart.

Shalom to you.
