You're imbibing in what Scriptures call the Doctrine of Devils. My friend Gerry Matatics used to attend Charismatic meetings in which he would recite Psalms in Hebrew. Of course others would come up and translate for them. It's amazing how the Holy Spirit doesn't recognize his own words.

I suggest you go hear Gerry if he comes to your town or you can check out his conversion story of how the Bible convinced him that the one, true Church of Christ is the Catholic Church.

You're following practices that go no further than 100 years back and have their origins in Wisconsin.

As far as believers who don't join the Catholic Church goes, if they don't join, they will go to Hell. It's that simple. If they don't believe in the Church that Christ established here on earth, then they are not believers except in the Devil making himself into an Angel of Light in order to fool them with false versions of Christianity.

They are lost as well if they are not saved according to Christ's will.

If they were, then one would presume them (gifts) to have passed away once they all (apostles) died, unless they (apostles) passed them on (gifts) through the laying on of hands to others.
If Peter were the head of the early church and it was possible to lay on hands and pass down his giftings (as the leader) then who did he lay hands on (his successor)???

Reply: No where in the N.T. are the gifts of the Spirit condemned, but on the contrary are encouraged, although I can see how they would threaten a counterfeit church. Be careful that you don't attribute to the devil that which is of God. Lucifer can mimic any gift of the H.G. thru cooperative individuals that is why we always pray for discernment in these matters. See Acts 16:16-19 for an example of this.

Reply: To bad these people were not very discerning (this "discernment" is a gift of the H.G. also if you didn't know). Women were sent from the local coven (witches if you didn't know) to our meetings also to cause trouble like this guy was doing (not saying he was sent, but might have been). Our people picked up on the bad spirit almost immediately and they (women) were confronted publicly in the meeting. Covens send women (witches) and men (warlocks) out to seduce pastors and women in the churches as well. It is spiritual warfare you know, but most legalistic/religious Christians are lazy and cowardly and to frightened to enter into such warfare; besides they are not a threat to Lucifer's kingdom because they are already neutralized into complacency by their leaders.

reply: I don't know what bible he was reading, but it isn't the same one obviously that I read and by the way my first bible after I believed on the Lord Jesus and was filled with the glorious H.G. was a catholic edition complete with all the doctrinally influenced footnotes. I was definitely not convinced that the Roman church was the true organized church from what I read. Nothing in there remotely resembles the Roman church of today. The Roman church has a historical track record outside the bible that is very difficult to hide from public viewing and does not resemble the character of Jesus at all; by their fruits ye shall know them.

Reply: You really need to read the New Testament some time, especially the book of Acts; Peter, Paul and Johns letters would help you also.
We are, historically speaking, between the first coming of the Holy Spirit (Pentecost) and the second coming of Jesus. Nothing has changed. People are still saved from hell through faith in the Lord Jesus; baptized publically as a testimony to the unbelievers and are sealed by God (mark of his ownership) with the indwelling Holy Spirit for a full salvation to be revealed. The gifts of the Holy Ghost are still given out to each as He wills and also as we desire (see 1 cor. 14:1,2), but really only to those who ask (Luke 11:13).

Reply: You have moved outside the truth in the scriptures with that statement; See John 3:36 (He that believes on the Son has everlasting life and he that believes not on the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him (period) and a myriad of other scriptures back this up. Stop following the lead of your teachers and stop adding to the word of God and by thus doing keeping people out of the kingdom which you will be responsible for before His throne one day.

Reply: The kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom; not a physical kingdom of Popes, Cardinals, Bishops and priests, properties and buildings ruling like despotic lords who distort the pure good news of Jesus and hide from view the simple way into the kingdom. We are the dwelling place for Him (God) in the Spirit, we as believers are the temple of the Holy Ghost. The church goes wherever a believer goes.We as God's people are being built up into a temple, a dwelling place for God in the Spirit.

Reply: Please go read the new testament again and try to do it without all the baggage you have picked up from the false church; and as far as being saved goes; I know enough about your teachings to know that you can't even know if you are saved even if you do all the stuff (works) your priests and bishops tell you to do, so what kind of motivation is that; no guaranteed rewards for following the rules??? Sounds like a con game. Jesus is a much better reliable Lord to follow than your deceiving leaders, teachers. He (Jesus) makes promises and keeps them. Jesus Christ is Lord (no one can say that except he be inspired by the Holy Ghost and no one can say cursed be Jesus and be in the Holy Ghost). I can tell that you are a pre-vatican II catholic. The charismatics in your church are a long way ahead of you in their spiritual maturity. Would help if you would ground yourself in the Scriptures rather in the embellished teaching of the false church which keeps people out of the true kingdom of God here on earth and maybe even in heaven. I apologize because I sound little rough on you, but I have been to the mountain and what you say just ain't so. I pray you will get there also some day and your eyes will be open like mine were. Some of my best friends have been (are) Catholic Priests. All of them from their testimonies are Saved from Hell even if they won't admit to it (because of their faith in the Lord Jesus).
