Doesn't this guy have a point? If you have followed this case even remotely you will know that this guy was unjustly put in jail. It is just another example of poor judgement by a court
Was he really unjustly put in jail? Do you mean he is innocent, or that the procedure they used to put him in jail was not the proper one?
From what I've read, he killed a 16 year old kid inside some Louisiana nightclub in 2002, and it is this charge that puts him in jeopardy of spending the rest of his life in jail.
He was supposedly also involved in attempted murder as well, when he tried to shoot some nightclub owner in Baton Rouge (C-Murder had allegedly been refused entry to the club, and apparently did not take it well and tried to shoot the owner and a guard. However his gun misfired and he fled the scene).
I have no dog in this case, but C-Murder has some holes in his argument (and it also stinks of murder and attempted murder). The thing that is going well for him is that the witnesses against him are felons, plus some have already lied and stuff. It seems to me that he is a hot head who tends to react to perceived ills with gunfire, and that he is trying to get himself off through legal technicalities. But someone did kill that 16 yr old kid, and i haven't yet read anything that makes me not perceive C-murder as the (cold blooded) killer. If you have other info i would appreciate it.
