The law of the land is not Greer's order.

It's the Constitution, which Greer overstepped.

The judiciary has NO AUTHORITY to ENFORCE its rulings. The executive branch has the authority to enforce laws.

The judiciary has NO AUTHORITY to WRITE or BREAK laws. If it does, the executive branch has the authority to IGNORE such orders.

The legislative branch is to make laws.

If their laws are unConstitutional, the judiciary's DUTY is to bring that law into ALIGNMENT with the Constitution, not WRITE laws from the bench.

Jeb and the President and Congress and the Florida legislature gave away their Constitutional Powers to a lowly probate judge.

The Constitution is supposed to be the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. No state can legally make a law which breaks the Constitution. The Constitution states that the right to life is an inalienable right, one that cannot be given or taken away. The Constitution is in place to protect those whose lives are threatened, so each person who is to face a death penalty is afforded due process.

Unfortunately, because this was not done, many are to blame, including the Florida Governor and the President of the United States of America. That they happen to be Republicans or with the last name of Bush does not take away from their culpability.

Well said. If the Republicans want our support, they had best do the job they were elected to do.
