I'm not a lawyer but if a civil case is filed, wouldn't the family have access to the documents that Judge Greer has and will not release???

471. Yes, 55 volumes. The Clerk of the Courts has Terri's files, not Judge Greer. Greer can't burn them even if he wanted to. Further, the Clerk of Courts who is newly elected can't stand Judge Greer imo and he was for Terri. Burke for Clerk will protect Terri's records. I'm sure he's already got them under lock and key.
