I heard that as well. He is ordered by the court to tell them where he is taking her remains at all times and where he is going to bury her, etc.. He hasn't even communicated with them at all. He won't either and will get away with it. Greer isn't going to hold him in contempt and Michael knows it.

I wish I would have heard Sean yesterday. Did he sound like he knows something big and made a huge deal out of it or did it sound like he just knows something and will let everyone know later like it is no big deal? I'm just curious.

Sean said that when the time was right he would report it.I kind of suspect that the family may be filing a civil case. Not sure if he meant civil or civil rights, although I suspect both are applicable.
