I've been reading but not posting -- am too stunned still that Terri was actually killed after all.
Some people (including myself at this point) are thinking that there is a movement under way to drastically reduce the earth's population. Terri and others like her, and all those "useless" people (which we all will be one day anyway) are being targeted now, it's my belief.
I hadn't actually heard of this until the other day when Michael Savage was talking about it on the radio. He said to google things like "excess population" and Gorbachev Institute (which he says was once called the Lenin Institute).
The goal is to reduce the earth's population from about 6 billion down to 2 billion. And to do it by killing I think it's 120 million a year.
I'm afraid we're at the point where we are completely expendable to our leaders.
Sun, if you and others would like to read this eye-opening post, check out the link by Dave Tesla:

(Dave, your link came up as one of the returns in my google search, and it's fascinating. Thought I'd ping everyone to it. Hope you don't mind!)
Just a snippet from Dave's post:
"Ted Turner, one of the co-chairs of the State of the World Forum, is more patient than Cousteau is. He will allow 80 to 100 years to reduce the population of the Earth from 6 billion to 2 billion. In an interview with E Magazine, an environmentalist publication, Turner explained:
"The simplest answer is that the world's population should be about two billion, and we've got about six billion now."
Thanks for an excellent post, Texasbluebell~!
I understand how you feel. It's difficult to realize there is an actual movement to eliminate people. George Soros is also involved in this hedious killing club.
I find it very interesting that the powers that be are now going after Rep Tom Delay. I truly believe Mr. Delay was very sincere about wanting to help Terri.
America Online has the following article on their welcome/home page.

It's basically about his family being paid for political work. I could care less if his family works for him. They even have a poll where you can vote on this. It's running against Rep Tom Delay, by a large margin.
If you have time, please vote on it. Ted Turner may have an interest in AOL Time Warner. They merged a few years back. Delay is being discredited due to his support of Terri, in my opinion.
Yes, that is their goal, to drastically reduce the population. First, in our own country, they kill over 44 million pre-born babies; now, they are killing the disabled; and next, probably the elderly.
HOW can we stop this when the politicians against this are too cowardly to fight for good, but the "evil doers" will fight hard for evil.
Which reminds me of something I just read:
Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has the "POWER" to force pharmacists to go against their conscience and religion and fill contraceptive prescriptions, including the morning after pill, which kills lives, but Governor Bush THINKS he does not have the POWER to save a life.
A pharmacist should be able to follow their conscience, and NOT fill a prescription that could kill an embryo.
And what does a governor have to do with this, anyway?
I guess the answer is that a governor is "legally" allowed to destory lives, but a governor is not legally allowed to save a life. (sarcasm)
Something very wrong is going on in our beloved country.
A good quote from TS Eliot,
"If you will not have God (and He is a jealous God), you should pay your respects to Hitler and Stalin."
GOD bless this republic.
