I remember how bad the media lied about the Republicans wanting to starve school children in a power transfer issue from a Federal to more of a state control policy in order to save some money back in 1995 I think. It got so bad that Rush came out and pleaded for each and every one of us to call the media and tell them to 'stop the lies'. Guess what, it worked!
