Dear Senator Frist:
The Terri Schindler case laid bare a judicial problem and a disability problem. The pro-Euthanasia force in the U.S. is using a too-powerful and too-death-leaning court system to work its gruesome will on unsuspecting and helpless citizens.
Please read Attorney George Felos's book and you will find it chilling that this man had Judge Greer, Judge Whittemore, and the 11th Circuit all carrying out his agenda to rid us of the Terri Schindlers among us. The book and Felos's own words on TV show him to be a mentally unsound individual who is excited by "the death PROCESS". He is not alone, unfortunately.
I strongly disagree that we have a FAIR Judiciary today. Independent, yes, but also running roughshod over the Legislature, Governor and President.
I saw you speak in New Hampshire on C-Span. I told many skeptical friends that you would support the Terri Law, and was glad when you proved me right. But I was devastated to learn that you are happy with the Courts in this or other cases, according to a news story I read and heard.
I am just as disappointed in Executive officials who play down the inexcusable Courts in this case.
The dissent by two judges of the 11th Circuit says it all for me.
Terri's death is a shame and disgrace for America, and a frightening portent of things to come.

That is a good letter. I left something simple to him this morning in an e-mail. I just told him that Terri Schiavo was murdered and allowed to be killed by an our of control justice system. These judges must be made accountable for their actions and the laws must be changed to protect future Terri's.
I hope all of our letters whether short and sweet or long and to the point will be heard and listened as they all have something to say that is worth being heard!!!
