I don't think so. After all, it's biblical. - Rom. 3:23. If it were not true, we would have no need of a Savior. I'm certain John Paul II knew of his need. And now, he knows the rest of the story......
Goodbye dear man.

John 14:1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.
John 14:2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.

Just thinking that(regarding President Reagan & Pope John Paul...those two, gone to Glory, now together. Johnny Cash, too.
Glory is quite the place of diversity! :-)

We know you will rest in peace, Pope John Paul.
Safe in the arms of his Heavenly Father.
He was a great man.

Does anyone have the picture of the Pope with the Blessed Mother holding him? Maybe I missed it. Thanks in advance.

The Lords Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

God Bless Pope John Paul the Great. I hope he truly receives that title. I also hope one of his last bishop appoinments is for our diocese, we have been needing a bishop for over a year now. Thanks to all for the beautiful pictures you are posting!

John Paul was the only Pope of my lifetime as well. I mourn the loss of such a great man, but also rejoice that he is now united with God. John Paul, pray for us!
