Cyril Wecht is not a hired gun. He is one of the nation's foremost forensic specialists. He has stated that when asked to observe an autopsy, the request is usually granted as a professional courtesy. The Pinellas denial appears petty, arrogant, defensive, or even obstructive of answering some of the outstanding questions about this case

Actually, the medical examiner was supposed to allow observers from both sides and he allowed no observer from either side.
