I heard that it was the court depositions regarding alleged abuse by Mike Schiavo that Greer sealed. One of the Florida newspapers had been denied access to those papers and filed a complaint. The report I heard said that the paper was going to file an appeal of Greer's decision. Autopsies are public record.
You may be telescoping two things.
Greer sealed the DCF requests. But I think autopsy records, not photos, are public records in Florida.
