I'm sorry about your husband. That's awful.

I imagine in that case, they kept his body refrigerated. If the authorities in Terri's case believe the autopsy was adequate, there's no reason to do anything except to release the body for final dispostion.

NO. It was contested and the other side's lawyer was reportedly excluded.

There has been an execution and torture under color of law.

Either Greer is arrested or America will lose all confidence
to a new low, not felt since the Civil War.

Thank you. Yes, his body was kept refrigerated until I had him cremated.

I do wonder why the Pinellas County M.E. released Terri's body so quickly though. Under the circumstances, I would think they would have wanted to keep it for a short time more just in case they needed to redo something.
