When State or Local or even Federal Courts appear to be violating the basic protections of the Constitution and are unwilling to hold off on these apparent violations in the interests of insuring a Constitutional result is obtained then IMO it is entirely appropriate for a higher authority to step in. The Courts are not infallible nor are they incorruptible.
Jim Crow n the South and the numerous violations of the Constitutionally protected rights of Blacks warranted such actions and I really have a hard time differentiating the unreviewed decision making of Judge Greer from some of the summary judgments imposed on Blacks in the South.
