First thing you need to do is sign up for a free account at photobucket.com or imageshack.com or any photo host site of your choice. Once you've done that, just upload the pic that you want to post to that site. The site will then provide you with several hotmail codes. Copy the code that begins with "< img" and paste it here in your reply box. Piece of cake!
About a year, I think. How to post a pic is one of those things I've "always wanted to know but was afraid to ask". There was an "html bootcamp" a while back, but I lost the link, and the copy of the doc I saved.
