All that means is he is knowledgeable about strangulation. For crying out loud, we don't know who the observors are and if there are any. The ME is a forensic pathologist with good credentials.
Problem is, how does anyone know some tissues from another pickled jar are not substituted for Terri's. That is why some disinterested party should be observing this to dispel the already suspicious circumstances of this case. Doesn't have to be Cyril but someone, perhaps from another state.
