Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, the well-known forensic pathologist and coroner of Allegheny County, Pa., told listeners of a morning radio show that he was denied permission to observe Terri Schiavo's autopsy, despite the wishes of her parents.
A medical examiner in Pinellas County, Florida, is conducting an autopsy that could help determine what Schiavo's state of consciousness was and whether she was abused by her husband, as the Schindlers allege. Wecht, appearing on the syndicated America's Morning Show with Quinn and Rose, based in Pittsburgh, said that an investigator working for the Schindler's law firm had called him on Thursday to see whether he would be agreeable to observing the autopsy.
Dr. Wecht told Quinn and Rose he was certainly be agreeable to that, but that several hours later he received word that the medical examiner had declined to give him permission.
Dr. Wecht told the morning hosts that he considered this a mistake, according to Rose Somma Tennent. "He said that, if this were in [his] office, [he] would have said sure - not just because of professional courtesy, but because of the controversy sourrounding this case," Somma Tennet said.
Calls made during the show to the medical examiner's office were not returned.
The results from the autopsy are expected in a few weeks.

I have read most of the material on that link, and I think I do understand the connection, but it will not be Scientology that will be on trial if there is an investigation, IMO, although the perps were certainly 'guided' by the ideology of the cult. Compare; do we hold islam responsible for terrorism or the individuals who carry out acts of terrorism?
The same applies to this unholy trinity of husband, lawyer and judge.
I don't do links but you may recall that her heart stopped for fifteen minutes to begin this at that point she was dead. After certain minimal physiological processes were started the doctors told MS three years down the road that there was no chance for recovery.
Peach listed a plethora of threads giving the lie to most of the Schindler's claims though I am sure you don't really care.

Do you mean for many patients? Or just for Terri.
I saw that the hospice was being paid by Florida and O'Reilly stated that it was being paid 83,000 a day which I assumed to be wrong and that it was per month.
I prefer using my own words having participated in threads which were replete with multiple links to semi-relevent though alway long quotations.

For the rest of my life I will hear the news-readers on Australian TV telling us that the 'husband of Terri Schiavo is fighting to allow his brain-dead wife to die' - while the truth is, she was a victim of spousal abuse, evidently suffered a spinal injury and was 'legally' put to death by the state of Florida.

A judge:Who corrupted Florida state laws so that an individual could be deprived of food and water, to set a precedent that satisfies Scientology idealogy...right? Who colluded with the husband and the lawyer to put to death a woman with a spinal injury caused by her husband.
Who may be in contempt of Congress.
Who may not even have the right to be sitting on the bench, because he wasn't sworn in.
Who must know the admission form signing Terri into the hospice is a false declaration unsigned by her physician.
A judge who forgot that Florida law required an autopsy...
