here's a true story
My sister taught CCD for many years. I was at her home one day while she was giving her Communion Class lesson. She was explaining how as "Roman" Catholics we believe this and we believe that.
There was one little girl who seemed to be getting upset.
She raised her hand and said to my sister."I'm in the wrong class". My sister said , why do you think that?
The little girl said "You said we are Roman Catholic, my mommy told me I was "Irish Catholic"!
