"Not a single other judge ever examined the facts... not one!"
If you think that the other judges do not look at the "facts" or evidence that judge Greer looked at you are DEAD WRONG. What the judges do not look at is any "new" evidence. How do you think that any of the other 19 judges could make a ruling without actually seeing facts of the case that was before Judge Greer and the basis on which he made his ruling? They look at the information and determine whether Greer followed the law. Which inevitably he did.
Did you not read? So long as the judge acted within his purvue under the law, an appeals court has no need (and no standing) to determine whether his "facts" were accurate. An appeals court could very easily say (which they in fact did in this case), "Florida law gives the judge the ability to determine her wishes based on testimony, Florida law gives the judge the ability to order her wishes be carried out, Florida law says that a feeding tube is extraordinary means of life support (a law that Felos helped pass during the Schiavo case), therefore the judge has the authority to order the feeding tube removed." That is what appeals court decisions look at, and nowhere in that discussion is one "fact" raised. Once Greer determined the "facts," no other judge ever evaluated them...
Greer took care of everything by simply refusing to admit as evidence anything favorable to Terri's case. He took Mikey's hearsay testimony regarding Terri's wishes and refused to consider those who said Terri had stated otherwise to them such as friends of Terri's (just one small example). Therefore, if no "new evidence" was looked at by later judges who reviewed the case, then Terri was screwed, which she indeed was. Judicial murder.
