Hmmmmm. Well, then, if I were an elderly retired person, I would get the heck out of Florida if they don't change that blasted law!
I'd certainly move out of Florida in a hurry if I didn't trust my husband or if my heirs were up to their necks in credit card debt - especially if I had a disability.
