Bill Handel reaction to Terri, may be just covering up his own feelings.

His wife lost both parents to cancer, and perhaps they
had to watch both of them die.

He may not want to face the truth of Terri's situation
because it would make him and his wife have to relive
the horror of her parents death.

Sometimes family members do decide to "pull the plug" and
the reality that this event KILLS the dying person, could
be hard to face.

I like Bill Handel, so this must be a personal issue
for him, and he can't see the facts clearly.

You could be right. I was just shocked to hear the lack of humanity coming from him. I chanced to hear John and Ken in the afternoon, (a rare event), and they spewed more of the ugliness. Totally without any compassion. I listened to them for a short while in morbid fascination. Maybe they felt they had to balance against Limbaugh, which is another story.
