Just announced on FoxNews that the Schindler family will hold a press conference at 4:30 PM EST.
I wonder if Felos will take up criminal law once his client is charged with attempted murder? The autopsy should show the difference between brain damage caused by a lack of oxygen and brain damage due to trauma, as well as any previous broken bones due to trauma. Doesn't it make you wonder if Felos will stand by his client's side then?
BTW, I heard the medical examiner made it a point to state in his press conference that Florida law MANDATED that he perform an autopsy when it is suspected that a person will be cremated, and that he did not do it at the REQUEST of Schiavo.

Please do tell me how the Schindlers are personally gaining from their daughters suffering? And be specific. Don't just say that foundations for the benefit of Terri and others like her have yielded millions in donations. The Schindlers, by the terms of the foundation bylaws, cannot personally benefit.

From my vantage point, it appears that they are going after the innocent and Christians. They have to get Christians out of the way. They've already been demonized by their crass wanting a woman to live and suffer, wacko pro-lifers, etc.

Now Fox is reporting Terris last day and hours and it is nothing but a repeat of Felos account. I would think they would like to hear the family's account before taking Felos account as gospel truth. The way that Felos went into such detail of Terri's body of death was just plain sick. He is a death mongering ghoul and this presser was very cruel to her family. It is appalling.
