I sincerely hope that many discerning eyes will be on Michael now and his actions from this point on.

How does he stand to gain from Terri's death,has been the question. Time will tell now.

Supposedly only $40,000 was left in Terri's settlement account. That may be enough for a funeral. Michael stands to gain nothing by Terri's death from what I can see.

I suspect that after a year or so, people may start to see the truth of this situation and Michael Schiavo will lose his "villain" status. But right now there are too many emotions in play for people to think clearly.

Michael Shiavo's denial of all therapy and treatments to her post judgment show his intent: he was hoping for a speedy demise of his wife. The lack of funds now, 10+ years later, are more a result of his battles with the parents than his graciousness toward his wife and her predicament.

If you dig a little you will see that attorneys fees are the bulk of his (MShiavo's) expenses and Judge Greer has allowed his dipping from this account for these charges.

Time has a way of clarifying things and my gut tells me this fellow ain't no saint...

Let's hope justice prevails as a life has failed...

Please. Felos is already at work on a book about this,(probably taping whole chapters in his car on the way to and from the hospice), and you'll see Michael S. on Larry King and Today, and all over tabloids. Anyone who'd spend Terri's therapy money on two new Mercedes for himself and his girlfriend (and how in his/her right mind thinks it costs $300,000 to go to nursing school?)is motivated by greed and the pursuit of riches. We will be force fed Michael Schiavo and his prettily packaged family very soon. There is no end to the evil here, and I wouldn't put it past Felos to have snapped a few pictures of Terry in the last week for his book cover or to sell to Star or The Enquirer. TV movie? Coming right up!
