God gave us this innocent precious creature to protect. We as a society have failed. I wonder how much more the Good Lord can take.

Amen. My words and thoughts right now are so jumbled, and I like how you said it...that we, as a people, a nation, a society were supposed to protect Terri who was unable to fight for herself. And we failed that precious child of our Lord, Jesus.
