And where does the right to guardianship enter into this new scheme you're developing?What the heck are you talking about? She did have a guardian. He was in dispute, but he filled the bill as far as the law was concerned and was not a battling "they".

What's the guardian supposed to do with respect to our new requirement for perpetual counsel? Or are we proposing that all incapacitated persons get permanent counsel who will act as their legal guardians as well?
