A few weeks back, when several lawyers were 'round tabling' Terri's predicament on tv, one, Fox's Judge Napolitano, said past judicial action in her case had been akin to being a bump on a log, with each successive ruling validating the one before, in other words, they'd followed the precise letter of the law, not common sense.
Napolitano's a hack. Sorry, but I can't think of a nice way to say it. He may be right on that, but he's still a hack ;)
