Sorry Mudboy, that's sure the way it's come across. There were MANY options that he had. Ask your own Constitutional Scholar Alan Keyes. He could have taken her into protective custody, he could have even "pardoned her". She was after all, sentenced to DEATH. For what crime, I'm really not sure.

It shocks me to my very core...what did this young lady do to deserve this? She was tortured to DEATH, and the JudiciaryBranch stood strong and united and DEMANDED the death of Terri Schiavo, despite the Legislative and Executive Branches giving the Judiciary ample opportunity to DO THE RIGHT THING!! The Judiciary REFUSED!!
