You, we, all of us need to raise our voices loud and clear to make sure our laws preserve life and never promote what amounts to murder. Even more pressing is the need to ensure that medical/health decisions aren't made on the basis of monetary and so called 'productive personhood' considerations. It's outrageous, unthinkable, but that's just what happened in Terri's case. She was inconvenient, and there was money to be made, so she was done away with.

We're finding our feet on this. Terri's murder has stirred a lot of indignation in us. I believe in my heart, I pray I'm right, that this is the wake up call some of us needed to jar us. That a disabled woman could be murdered in this country because she was an impediment to her husbands new life with his mistress, and a strain on our health care costs. God help us all.
