Sure, bub. No problem at all. That's why GWB complains about the courts, others complain about the courts, this decision is an example of erroneous fact finding by the courts, and you assert there is no problem with the courts.

I'm not interesting in a dialogue with you, but you ought o know that more people than those you are in dialoge with see your arguments as fatally flawed.

I assert no such thing, that there is "no problem at all". What I suggest is that in this case, the law was the root problem, not the courts. Change the law, and this won't happen again. But hey, don't listen to me - it's certainly easier to play keyboard warrior and bitch about the imperial courts than it is to do your duty as a citizen and elect legislators who craft laws that produce the outcomes we want.
