Wrong. This is where you're showing the fundamental fallacy of your argument. The right to life is UNALIENABLE. Look up the definition, buddy. It means it CAN'T BE TAKEN AWAY. By anyone.

Murder by the state, the individual, and even self-murder are immoral. Every court ruling, every 'law' passed that allows it, is unconstitutional and a travesty of justice and our most fundamental law in this country.

The law says that you can refuse that right, and under the law, that is what happened here - Terri Schiavo refused her right to life. I suggest that the law should be changed, then, by the properly constituted authorities who deal with changing the law - the Florida legislature.
